The project depicted above consisted of replacing an existing high-maintenance system to reduce ongoing
costs and improve overall functionality. One particular upgrade involved using a new Parker R-MAX Stream Switching System to
eliminate problems with leaking solenoid valves on the old system. The R-MAX handled the switching of eight sample streams
and two calibration gases in one manifold. The manifold switches between sample inputs and provides a bypass flow for all
sample lines to ensure sample integrity.

This picture shows a number of custom panels we provided for a client. We designed a system utilizing well-performing equipment
from their legacy system and replaced some problem items with new equipment. The system was designed for ease of maintainance.
We delivered a prototype, then made final modifications before completing the remaining panels. This client has since purchased many
of these systems from us. We also adapted the prototype to another application requiring the panel to be mounted on catwalk railings.
That version of the system hangs over the railing so it would not protrude into the walkway. All items were serviceable from the walkway.
A spread spectrum radio was employed to transmit the data from each panel to a master radio at a central location near the DCS system.
